In January 2018 Dawn & Josh combined their lifelong love for FINDING one of a kind food & drink, with their passion for exploration to create Wine & Beer Tours of Nova Scotia!
Our aim then was to show people why we loved Nova Scotia so much. From the colorful culture creating delicious flavors, to the friendly faces at every incredibly scenic turn; WE STILL LOVE IT & WE WANT YOU TO LOVE IT AS WELL.
Whether it’s providing tours to scenic waterfronts, wharfs, & lighthouses, or breweries, wineries, ciderhouses, distilleries; or shopping, adventure & private corporate tours; We are passionate about sharing the bountiful experiences and fun facts of our region & its surrounding points of interest. We strive to create unforgettable experiences that tantalize all of your senses!
Our Story
Dawn Nickerson
Primary Tour operator, Dawn Nickerson has travelled the world, worked in fine dining for almost twenty years, & is a trained sommelier with years of experience at multiple wineries in Ontario & Nova Scotia. She’s spent most of her life between Nova Scotia & great adventures; so she knows the area, knows great taste, & best of all how to provide it with incredible care.
Joshua Ramsey
Creative Marketing & Business Development is Joshua Ramsey’s thing. He fell in love with Nova Scotia the first time Dawn introduced him to it, & he wants you to have the same experience. After year’s of working in the Film & Television industry. Now he’s putting his project management & creative skills to use to create your perfect adventure.
