RULES & POLICIES – A.K.A “THE FINE PRINT” ✓
PRIVATE TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: Prices are before tax. Credit card information and a non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date at time of booking, and it must be paid in full 3 weeks prior to the tour. Tours cancelled or modified within 1 week of tour departure are 100% non-refundable. Tours cancelled or modified within 2 weeks of tour departure are 50% non-refundable. Deposit is the price of 1 ticket. Provided there are any unseen circumstances that cause us to be unable to provide the tour, such as travel restrictions or extreme weather conditions, we will waive the stipulations of the cancellation policy and any payments made to us for the tour would be fully refunded.
RULES: We want everyone to have a great time so please respect your fellow tourmates and consume alcohol responsibly. Visitors can be denied consumption if they are overly intoxicated and the tour can be terminated at the discretion of the guide for obscenity or breaking of legal restrictions. A few legal obligations to keep in mind during the tour: alcoholic beverages cannot legally be consumed while in the vehicle and any alcohol that is purchased should remain outside of arms reach during transportation. Seatbelts should be buckled at all times when the vehicle is in motion. Smoking is not permitted within the vehicle.
